If you are not provided the option to register as a Full Member for the event, even though you have recently updated your membership status via AIHA National Registration, please register as an Affiliate Member/Guest and bring proof of Full Member status to the event.

A family style dinner along with a cash bar.
All payments will be collected at the event. Credit card and PayPal now accepted. Conversely checks can be made payable to Chicago Section AIHA, cash also accepted.
